When atrial fibrillation is not detected and your EKG does not fall under the algorithmic classifications of 'Normal', 'Bradycardia', or 'Tachycardia' an 'Unclassified' result is given.
An 'Unclassified' finding may be caused by other arrhythmias, unusually fast or slow heart rates, poor quality recording, or for just falling outside the boundaries of our algorithmic requirements to be called one of our other results.
You always have the option to share your EKG with your physician or medical professional or submit it for a Clinician Review directly from the Kardia app to be reviewed by a team of human clinicians.
