If you have received a connection code from your doctor and have already created a Kardia account, follow the instructions below to enter the code into the Kardia app to connect to your doctor's practice.
First, open the Kardia app.
Then, select the "Profile" button on the bottom right-hand corner of the app menu.
On the Profile screen, select the "HAVE A CODE?" button below the "Your Account" section.
Tap the first box and enter the 12-character code that you received from your doctor.
Next, select "SUBMIT".
Next, select the "Connect" button to link your Kardia account to your Doctor's practice.
Once your Kardia account has been connected to your Doctor's practice, you will receive the "Connected to Provider" notification.
Congratulations, now you are successfully connected to your Doctor and they will receive your EKG recordings taken with the Kardia app.
