In this article, we will go through how to download a PDF of your EKG so that you can share your EKG with your doctor.
- First, open the Kardia app and select the "History" tab at the bottom of the Kardia app menu.
- On the History tab, select "View EKG History"
- On the EKG History screen, locate the recording that you would like to download, select the 3 dots on the top right-hand side of the screen, and then select "Download PDF"
- Select "Skip" on the Password Protect PDF screen.
- Next, the Kardia app will generate the PDF, and the PDF can be saved by selecting the Share Icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. You will then be given options on your smartphone of how you would like to save or share the PDF.
- Next, you can take the EKG PDF and upload it to My HealtheVet to share with your doctor.
- Another option is to take the PDF and use My HealtheVet to attach the EKG PDF to a secure message to send to your doctor.
