If you do not see the KardiaMobile Card as an option after selecting "Connect your Kardia Device", make sure that your Kardia app is updated to the most recent version of the Kardia app. If you are on any version of Kardia prior to Kardia version 5.22 then you will not be able to connect your KardiaMobile Card.
To upgrade the Kardia app on your smartphone or Ipad, open the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for "Kardia", then select "Update"
