In order to use the KardiaMobile Card, make sure that your Kardia app is updated to the most recent version of the Kardia app. If you are on any version of Kardia prior to Kardia version 5.22 then you will not be able to connect and record with your KardiaMobile Card.
To upgrade the Kardia app on your smartphone or Ipad, open the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for "Kardia", then select "Update"
